Spaghetti Sauce
3 tsp. El Cid Mexican Bean Seasoning
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1 cup water
Sauce Preparation: In large pot, add tomato sauce, water and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to thicken.
Meat Preparation: In large pot, add onions, meat and cook in its own fat until it loes its pink color. Drain fat. Add sauce to cooked meat, onions and serve over pasta.
