Canned Black-Eyed Peas      Bulk Recipe 1 (2 oz.) El Cid Mexican Bean Seasoning (1 portion pack) 2 #10 can black-eyed peas  ½ -1 cup water   In large pot, combine beans, seasoning and water.  Mix well.  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, stir occasionally until most of the liquid evaporates.
