Mexican Corn
6-8 tsp. El Cid Mexican Bean Seasoning
2 lbs. frozen
5 Tbsp. margarine or butter
5 cups water
In large pot, combine corn, margarine or butter, seasoning and water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
